Overview
Our homeschool schedule provides structure while maintaining flexibility to follow learning opportunities as they arise. We believe in balancing focused academic time with play, exploration, and family activities.

Typical Daily Schedule
Morning Routine (7:00 - 8:30 AM)
- Wake up, breakfast, and morning chores
- Morning walk or outdoor time
- Daily planning and goal setting
Morning Learning Block (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Mathematics
- Most focused time of day for challenging concepts
- Hands-on activities and problem-solving
9:30 - 9:45 AM: Movement Break
- Stretching, yoga, or active games
9:45 - 10:45 AM: Language Arts
- Reading, writing, or grammar focus
- Alternating between skills each day
10:45 - 11:00 AM: Snack & Free Play
11:00 - 12:00 PM: Unit Studies
- Science or Social Studies
- Often includes experiments or projects
Lunch & Quiet Time (12:00 - 1:30 PM)
- Lunch preparation and eating together
- Quiet reading or rest time
Afternoon Activities (1:30 - 4:00 PM)
Monday: Art and Music
Tuesday: Nature study and outdoor exploration
Wednesday: Co-op classes or field trips
Thursday: STEM projects and coding
Friday: Community service or life skills
Evening Routine (4:00 PM onwards)
- Free play and personal interests
- Dinner preparation (kids help!)
- Family read-aloud time
- Reflection and gratitude practice
